Market Analysis - How Much Is Your Home Worth?

A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is the best method available to potential sellers to learn their home's current value (it is NOT an appraisal).  It will include the following:

  •  Sold Listings - homes that have "closed" in the last 12 months
  • Active Listings - homes currently for sale
  • Pending Sales - homes that are under contract, but have not "closed"
  • Expired Listings - homes that did not sell during the listing period
