A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is the best method available to potential sellers to learn their home's current value (it is NOT an appraisal). It will include the following:
- Sold Listings - homes that have "closed" in the last 12 months
- Active Listings - homes currently for sale
- Pending Sales - homes that are under contract, but have not "closed"
- Expired Listings - homes that did not sell during the listing period
